Recently I bought some pieces from West Elm and was reluctant at first about using their delivery and assembling service because I used it before and I was not happy. But, I thought I would try it again and this time it went wonderfully thanks to David and Yuri who did an incredible job. So, often I complain when things go wrong but in this case I want to rave about how professional they were. They took such care of my items and even though one piece was complicated they made sure it was perfect.
They were excellent and now I can rave to all my friends at West Elm to use your service. David and Yuri should be commended because thanks to them and their professionalism I will make sure more friends use your service. Bravo on a job well done.
